NYC law requires us to keep proof of vaccinations on file before your dog’s first wash. Upload a photo or PDF of their vaccine card online before you come by — it takes about a minute, and there’s no account needed.
Walk-ins are always welcome — this just helps us be ready for your pup.

Do I need to bring anything?
No. Washing stations, aprons, shampoo, conditioner, grooming tools, towels, dryers, and fragrance are all provided — with no cleanup required.
Can I wash a large dog?
Yes. Our raised tubs fit dogs of all sizes, and the adjustable stations keep you comfortable while you wash.
Is there a time limit?
No wash limit. Take your time — most washes take about 30–45 minutes, including drying.
Are vaccine records required?
Yes. NYC Health Code requires proof of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations on file before your dog enters the facility. You can upload your pup’s vaccine card online before your visit — it takes about a minute, no account needed. Just look for the “Skip the line at check-in” section above, or bring the card when you come in.
What about sick pets?
Sick pets are not allowed in the facility until they’re feeling better. Thank you for helping us keep every dog safe.
Do you offer grooming?
We don’t currently offer grooming, but grooming tools are provided so you can finish your dog’s look after the wash.
